This policy describes how MoonGate Education ("we") processes and protects the personal data of website visitors, in accordance with the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. Data we process

Data you enter in the request form: name, phone number, email, preferred contact channel, level of study you are interested in and your current place of study or work.

Data from the review form: the review text (including any details about yourself you choose to share in it) and attached photos.

Technical data: the page the request was sent from, the site language and advertising tags (UTM) if you came from an ad link.

3. Purposes

To contact you about your request, advise you on studying in China, help choose a programme and university, and keep a record of requests.

Reviews are published on the site after moderation and only with your consent. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

We do not send newsletters without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the request form.

5. How we process data

We collect, record, organise, store, update, use and delete personal data using automated tools.

Requests are handled in a CRM system and automation and notification services; data is stored on their servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the services needed to handle your request and where required by law.

6. Retention

Data is kept until the purposes are achieved or you withdraw consent, and no longer than three years after your last contact with us.

7. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to moongate2021@mail.ru. We will reply within 10 working days.

8. Security

We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.

9. Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies and web analytics services (such as Yandex Metrica) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. This data is anonymised. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
